Sven Herlin Kaiser

PARTNER

Sven has been a member of the firm since 1991 and a partner since 1995. He leads the real estate and M&A departments of the firm.

He is a specialist in commercial law, corporate, civil, real estate and mining contracts, with extensive experience in structuring businesses in Chile and abroad, foreign investment, merger and acquisition of companies, real estate, mining, industrial, retail and services sectors.

He has directed and coordinated the placement of shares and the raising of financing for multiple real estate projects, technology companies, both in Chile and abroad, in the merger and acquisition of companies and due diligence processes.

Advisor and director in national and foreign companies.

Member of the Chilean Bar Association.

  • Law Degree, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law. Admitted in 1989.
  • M. in Business Law, Universidad de Los Andes School of Law, Santiago, Chile (2010).
  • Diploma in Real Estate Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
