Ramón Jara Contreras
Ramón joined the firm in 2013 and his practice focuses in national and international dispute resolution.
He is an expert in civil and commercial litigation, national and international arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has taken part in several cases under different laws and rules, such as ICC, ICSID, CAM Santiago and ad-hoc. His broad experience includes different areas of law and controversies before numerous Courts of Chile, together in special and ordinary procedures. He advises and represents clients in a wide range of sectors and industries including commercial, financial, natural resources, infrastructure, construction, energy, automotive, shareholders conflicts, among others.
During 2019-2020, he worked as a foreign attorney in the International Dispute Resolution Group (IDRG) of Debevoise & Plimpton in London.
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
