Pablo Alarcón Hermosilla
He joined the firm in 2018 and works in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of Jara Del Favero.
His practice focuses on arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, mainly in civil and commercial matters, resulting from breach of contracts in the construction, energy, mining and bidding industries. He has also actively participated in matters of nullity of contracts, unfair competition, domain and possessory actions, and tort law.
