Nicolas Donoso Gardeweg

He joined JDF to be part of the tax area. Previously she worked at Correa Squella law firm, where she was dedicated to advising legal and natural persons, mainly in the corporate-tax area of their activity. She also supported the litigation area of the office, assisting in the drafting of briefs, in the search of jurisprudence, in the analysis of cases and their strategies.

He was an assistant professor of Constitutional Law I, II and III at the Catholic University of Chile and participated in a research project on different property regimes in OECD countries and in another FONDECYT project on indirect fraud in Chile.

  • Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2019).
  • Diploma in Taxation Applied to Business at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2021).
