He entered the study in 2019 and is part of the area specialized in Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Regulatory.
He has experience in Water Law (granting, improvement, regularization, studies of titles, and in general everything related to the application of the Water Code and related norms), as well as in the regulation of Sanitary Services. He also has experience in advising on Environmental Law (sector regulatory compliance and environmental assessment). Lastly, he has experience in processing sanctioning procedures before various public services.
Teaching assistant of the in-depth courses in Environmental Law, from the University of Los Andes between 2016 – 2018. He is currently working as an assistant in this specialized area (2020).
