Andrea Abascal Marín
Andrea joined the firm in 2011 and her practice focuses in commercial, corporate and regulated markets.
She represents clients from different sectors of the economy, especially companies involved in regulated markets like pharmaceutical laboratories, cosmetic laboratories, and food companies. Her work covers regulatory matters, registrations, business structuring, due diligences, mergers, acquisitions, tenders and data protection in different types of contracts. She is permanent counsel to national and international companies.
She has been recognized by Chambers and Partners as an “Associate-to-Watch” in the Life Science practice (2018).
